Oracle Utilities C2M Architect

About the role

We are seeking a techno‑functional consultant with 15‑20 years of experience in the utilities sector. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in multiple Oracle Utilities implementations, specifically CC&B, MDM, and C2M, and will lead complex design and support activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, issue discussions and provide sustainable solutions for Oracle CC&B and C2M modules.
• Review and approve high‑level and low‑level design documents, custom programs, configurations and unit‑test cases.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis of tickets, define corrective and preventive actions, and drive automation and system‑improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and support team members across development, design, testing and debugging phases.
• Manage multiple stakeholders and ensure high‑quality delivery of Oracle Utilities solutions.

Required profile

• 15‑20 years of experience in utilities with a focus on Oracle solutions.
• Certification in Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter, Oracle Utilities CC&B or Oracle Utilities MDM.
• Proven ability to lead client discussions, design reviews and mentor technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
