Organizational Development Specialist

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Specialist to enhance our organisational effectiveness. The role works closely with multiple departments to design HR initiatives, support change projects, and boost employee performance and business processes.
Key responsibilities
- Support organisational development and improvement initiatives.
- Assist with organisational structure design, job description creation, and workforce planning.
- Contribute to performance management and employee development programmes.
- Support change‑management activities and organisational projects.
- Analyse HR data, prepare reports and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to address business needs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in organisational development or HR.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
