About the role

Seagull HR is seeking an experienced Painting Supervisor to lead painting and coating activities on industrial projects in Doha. The role involves overseeing a team of painters, ensuring work complies with quality and safety standards, and coordinating with project managers for timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily painting and coating operations on site.
• Coordinate and schedule painting crews to meet project milestones.
• Monitor work to ensure compliance with quality control and safety procedures.
• Inspect finished work and address any non‑conformities.
• Maintain records of materials, consumables and work progress.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience supervising industrial painting projects.
• Strong knowledge of painting and coating techniques for metal structures.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
• Effective leadership and communication abilities.
• Available for immediate mobilization.
