Paramedic – First Aid & Emergency Response

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Paramedic to provide immediate first‑response assistance and support health and safety arrangements across our project operations in Doha. The role involves delivering first‑aid care, coordinating with safety teams, and ensuring emergency‑response procedures are followed.

Key responsibilities

• Provide immediate first aid for minor injuries and medical incidents.
• Assess incidents and escalate cases that require professional medical assistance.
• Maintain first‑aid equipment, supplies and designated stations.
• Record treatments and incidents accurately.
• Coordinate with HSE, security and emergency‑response teams.
• Support emergency and evacuation procedures.
• Conduct routine checks of first‑aid supplies.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
• Follow site HSE and emergency‑response procedures.

Required profile

• Valid First Aid / CPR / Basic Life Support certification preferred.
• Previous experience as a first aider, emergency responder, medic, nurse assistant or similar is advantageous.
• Knowledge of basic emergency‑response procedures.
• Good English communication skills.
• Calm and capable of responding effectively during emergencies.
• Qatar/GCC experience preferred.
