Part‑time Pharmacist – Dental Clinic

About the role

The Dental Center in Doha is seeking a qualified pharmacist to join its multidisciplinary team on a part‑time, on‑site basis. You will ensure safe and accurate medication dispensing for dental procedures and support patient education on oral health‑related medicines.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense prescribed medications accurately and verify dosage appropriateness for dental treatments.
• Review prescriptions for potential drug interactions and contraindications.
• Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and over‑the‑counter dental care products.
• Maintain medication inventory, monitor expiry dates, and ensure proper storage conditions.
• Document dispensing activities and support regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with dentists and clinical staff to optimise treatment plans and contribute to patient education.

Required profile

• Licensed pharmacist with a valid Qatar registration or eligibility to obtain one.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions and safe medication practices, preferably in dental or outpatient settings.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• High attention to detail, ethical practice and respect for patient confidentiality.
• Willingness to work part‑time on‑site and adapt to clinic schedules.
