Personal Trainer & Coach – Fitness Club

About the role

The Personal Trainer/Coach will deliver high‑quality fitness services to members and guests of Katara Club. You will ensure professional standards, hygiene, and safety while supporting the club’s growth through excellent customer interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group training sessions following club SOPs.
• Lead exercise classes, demonstrate proper technique, and ensure safety.
• Educate members on equipment use and training methods.
• Promote and sell memberships and personal‑training packages.
• Maintain gym cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and class‑setup logistics.
• Enforce health‑and‑safety guidelines and respond promptly to incidents.
• Provide feedback to the Head Coach and Fitness Manager, contribute to KPIs, and attend staff meetings.
• Collaborate with team members, stay fit, and keep industry knowledge up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Specialisation in Hyrox and functional training.
• Diploma or degree in Fitness.
• Level 2 Personal Trainer certification.
• Basic Life Support/CPR certification.
• Solid understanding of human anatomy, kinesiology and training principles.
