Planning Senior Analyst / Specialist (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Planning Senior Analyst / Specialist to drive strategic and operational planning initiatives. The role supports performance management, KPI monitoring, and executive reporting for large‑scale or government projects, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support strategic and operational planning activities.
• Develop and maintain planning frameworks, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting structures.
• Analyse business performance, forecasts, risks, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Prepare executive‑level reports, presentations, and planning documentation.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, and planning deliverables.
• Support governance, policy implementation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Conduct data analysis and provide recommendations for operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with organisational standards and government regulations.
• Assist management in decision‑making through accurate planning insights and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Finance or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in planning, strategic planning, PMO, performance management or operational planning.
• Mandatory local experience with government exposure; Arabic speaking required.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI‑PBA, CBAP) are a plus.
