Manager Standard, Processes & Compliance

About the role

We are seeking a Manager Standard, Processes & Compliance to lead financial reporting and governance for airport operations. The role ensures accurate, timely financial statements in line with IFRS, regulatory and internal requirements, supporting informed decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements applying IFRS standards to deliver transparent and compliant reporting.
• Consolidate financial results and conduct variance and trend analysis across business units to provide meaningful insights.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes by supplying reliable financial data in collaboration with planning teams.
• Ensure timely submission of management and statutory reports through effective coordination and process control.
• Maintain full compliance with financial regulations, tax laws and statutory requirements by implementing robust compliance checks.
• Monitor regulatory updates and advise management on necessary adjustments to accounting standards.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth audit processes.
• Develop, review and strengthen internal financial controls through risk analysis and process audits.
• Support implementation of audit recommendations and monitor corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives within finance processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and regulatory compliance.
• Experience working with auditors and tax authorities.
• Ability to analyze complex data and present clear insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to governance standards.
