Plant Nursery & Store Incharge

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Plant Nursery & Store In‑charge to lead our nursery operations and store management in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining healthy plant stock, overseeing inventory, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the cultivation, propagation and health of all plants in the nursery.
• Manage store inventory, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of horticultural products.
• Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely procurement of seeds, soils, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of plant batches, sales, and stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and health‑safety standards.
• Train and oversee any junior staff or assistants.

Required profile

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in plant nursery or horticulture store management.
• Valid transferable Qatar ID (QID) with No Objection Certificate (NOC).
• Ability to join immediately.
• Strong organizational and record‑keeping skills.
