About the role
Madre Integrated Engineering is hiring a full-time plumber in Doha within its oil and gas sector. The plumber installs, repairs and maintains piping systems and fixtures in line with project specifications and HSE standards.
Key responsibilities
- Install, repair and maintain piping systems for water supply, drainage and sanitation.
- Fit sinks, toilets, showers, valves, pumps and other fixtures according to project specifications.
- Carry out pressure tests, leak detection and system integrity checks.
- Diagnose faults, replace defective parts and carry out scheduled maintenance.
- Ensure work complies with HSE standards, confined space protocols and permit-to-work systems.
- Maintain records of installations, repairs and inspections for QA/QC compliance.
Required profile
- Diploma or technical certificate in plumbing or a mechanical discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of plumbing experience in construction, industrial or facilities management.
Required skills
- Knowledge of international plumbing codes and standards such as IPC, BS and ASTM.
