Power BI Consultant – Power Platform (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Power BI Consultant to support our Qatar operations. The role involves designing, developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and analytics while integrating data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Oracle/ERP and other enterprise systems. You will work remotely and collaborate with business users, IT and vendors to ensure accurate and secure reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, publish and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, KPI scorecards and executive‑level analytics.
• Build semantic models, datasets, measures and calculations using Power Query and DAX.
• Configure scheduled refreshes, gateway connections, workspace access, sharing, subscriptions and deployment in Power BI Service.
• Implement row‑level security, data access controls and governance in coordination with IT and business owners.
• Work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse tables, views and relationships to extract operational insights.
• Support reporting requirements from CRM modules such as customer records, cases, sales and service activities.
• Coordinate with CRM administrators, functional users and vendors to understand data structures and reporting needs.
• Assist with Power Platform reporting, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Dataverse‑based solutions.
• Validate data quality, resolve duplicate or missing records and ensure report accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in Power BI report development and business intelligence delivery.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, Oracle/ERP, SQL databases or similar enterprise applications.
• Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder workshops, UAT coordination, data validation and production support.
• Background in real estate, property management, facilities, finance, procurement, customer service or enterprise operations reporting is an advantage.
