Presales Manager

About the role

The Technical Presales & Business Development Manager will drive growth for Anoud Tech across the insurance and financial services technology market, bridging presales, business development, product and sales to translate customer needs into technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead RFP/RFI responses, proposals, solution design and commercial submissions aligned with customer requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations, solution presentations, workshops and proof‑of‑concepts for business, technology and C‑suite stakeholders.
• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, industry events and partnerships.
• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline across target accounts, industries and geographies.
• Own opportunities through the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to translate market requirements into product enhancements and new solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–12 years of experience in technical presales, solution consulting, business development or enterprise sales.
• Proven experience in InsurTech or financial services technology, preferably with insurance platforms or digital transformation solutions.
• Strong track record in lead generation, pipeline development and achieving sales/revenue targets.
• Experience working with C‑suite executives and senior decision‑makers in the GCC/Middle East market is a plus.
