Sales Manager – Electrical Generators & Transformers

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales department for electrical generators, transformers and related power solutions in Qatar. The ideal candidate is a U.D.P.A. Certified Grade A Electrical Engineer with Kahramaa approval and at least 15 years of experience in the electrical power sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales department for generators, transformers and associated electrical equipment.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability and market‑growth targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across government, infrastructure, construction, industrial and commercial sectors.
• Manage key accounts, tender submissions, vendor registrations and product approval processes.
• Lead commercial negotiations for major projects, supply agreements and long‑term contracts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• U.D.P.A. Certified Grade A Electrical Engineer with relevant Kahramaa certification.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in electrical engineering, power systems, generators and transformers.
• Proven senior sales management experience, including business development and tendering.
• Strong leadership, team‑management and client‑relationship skills.
