Primary Teacher – International School (Al Khor)

About the role

Nord Anglia International School Al Khor is seeking an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join its vibrant, expanding community. You will deliver high‑quality, bilingual education to students aged 3‑11, supporting the school’s mission to develop truly international citizens.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, assess and report on lessons aligned with the English National Curriculum, Qatar Ministry of Education requirements and the International Primary Curriculum.
• Maintain accurate student tracking and monitoring to drive progress and inform personalised support.
• Contribute to school development plans, policy implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Engage actively with parents, colleagues and the wider school community as an ambassador for the school.
• Take responsibility for ongoing professional development and share best practices with peers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, or a degree plus PGCE/QTS.
• Minimum two years of teaching experience, preferably in an international school setting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the International Primary Curriculum and the UK National Curriculum.
• Commitment to the school’s mission, vision and values.
