Principal Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Principal Architect to lead and oversee complex architectural projects. The successful candidate will combine strong design expertise with strategic project management to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Develop creative design solutions that balance functional requirements and aesthetic quality.
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants and multidisciplinary teams to integrate architectural designs.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to verify that construction aligns with design specifications.
• Prepare and present design proposals, reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior architects and promote a culture of continuous learning.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations and sustainability standards.
• Manage project budgets, timelines and resources to maintain cost efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
• Valid MMUP Grade A certification.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proven track record leading stadium, building or infrastructure projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative and sustainable designs.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

• Advanced project management capabilities.
