PRO Sales Executive – Business Development in Qatar

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven PRO Sales Executive to join Elite Projects Qatar. You will be responsible for expanding our corporate client base and delivering high‑quality PRO and business setup services across the Qatar market.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and acquire corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong B2B relationships.
• Promote and sell PRO services, business setup solutions, and corporate support services.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and follow up until deal closure.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain accurate lead and opportunity records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities with existing clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in PRO sales, PRO services or business setup.
• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in Qatar or the GCC.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience selling PRO services, company formation, visa processing, licensing or other government‑related services is highly preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
