Procurement Manager – MEP & Facilities

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing for MEP systems, facilities management, and real‑estate projects. The role focuses on cost efficiency, supplier performance, and timely delivery of materials and services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business and project needs.
• Manage procurement of MEP materials, equipment, spare parts, maintenance services, and facility‑related requirements.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers to secure competitive pricing and quality.
• Oversee supplier relationships, contracts, purchase orders, and vendor performance.
• Review technical specifications, BOQs, quotations, and commercial proposals to support procurement decisions.
• Coordinate with engineering, facilities, operations, and project teams to ensure efficient delivery.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities through strategic sourcing and market analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of procurement experience, including managerial responsibilities.
• Strong background in MEP procurement, facilities management, real‑estate or construction sectors.
• Hands‑on experience managing suppliers, subcontractors, service agreements and technical procurement activities.
• In‑depth knowledge of MEP materials, building systems, maintenance requirements and facility operations.
• Excellent negotiation, contract management and stakeholder management abilities.
