About the role
We are seeking a Procurement Officer to lead the sourcing and purchasing of fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) and food & beverage items for our operations in Doha. The role focuses on building a reliable supplier base, securing competitive pricing and ensuring seamless delivery of products to support business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate and qualify suppliers of FMCG and F&B products.
- Prepare and assess quotations, negotiate prices and commercial terms.
- Coordinate with internal departments to align procurement plans with demand.
- Issue purchase orders, track deliveries and monitor order status.
- Assess supplier performance and maintain strong relationships.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of procurement experience in FMCG or food & beverage sectors.
- Proven ability to source suppliers, evaluate offers and negotiate contracts.
- Strong organizational skills to manage purchase orders and deliveries.
- Excellent communication and coordination with internal teams and external partners.
