Procurement Officer – Temporary (3‑Month Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Officer on a three‑month fixed‑term contract to support our procurement operations for MEP, Civil and FM projects. The role is based onsite in Doha and requires immediate availability.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs, source suitable suppliers and manage the bidding process.
• Coordinate vendor relationships, negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Conduct commercial evaluation, cost analysis and technical assessment of MEP, Civil and FM specifications.
• Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders and contract/AMC documentation.
• Utilise ERP/SAP systems for procurement processing and maintain accurate records.
• Develop market sourcing strategies, support supplier development and handle urgent procurement issues.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of MEP, Civil and FM materials and services.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to compliance requirements.
• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced team environment.

Required skills

• SAP (ERP) proficiency.
