Program Manager - IT4IT

About the role
The Program Manager – IT4IT will lead the planning, coordination and monitoring of IT4IT programmes, ensuring delivery aligns with governance standards. This role works closely with delivery teams to maintain quality gates and drive successful programme outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Support planning and execution across multiple IT programmes.
- Monitor programme progress against plans, timelines and priorities.
- Prepare governance materials and management reporting.
- Track risks, issues, dependencies and escalation actions.
- Coordinate with IT delivery teams to ensure compliance with end‑to‑end delivery methodology and quality gates.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years of experience in programme or project management.
- Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies and governance processes.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or MSP are advantageous.
Required skills
- IT4IT framework.
- ServiceNow SPM experience.
- Project delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Governance and risk management practices.
