Program Specialist – Entrepreneurship & Startup Support

About the role
The Program Specialist will design, deliver and manage entrepreneurship and startup support programmes for the creative industry in Doha. Working on a client project, you will ensure a high‑quality experience for founders and measurable outcomes for the programme.
Key responsibilities
- Design and launch incubation, acceleration and advisory services tailored to creative‑sector startups.
- Manage the startup portfolio, track progress and report outcomes to clients and stakeholders.
- Facilitate founder engagement, mentor matching and expert network coordination.
- Support startups in accessing funding, strategic partnerships and commercial opportunities.
- Contribute to ecosystem development activities to enhance programme quality and stakeholder involvement.
Required profile
- Proven experience in managing innovation, incubation or acceleration programmes.
- Strong understanding of the creative industry and startup ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently on a full‑time onsite assignment in Doha.
