Project Director

About the role

The Project Director will lead the end‑to‑end delivery, governance, and operational success of the Hayyoh Loyalty Program. This senior position provides strategic leadership across all phases of the program lifecycle, ensuring implementation excellence, stakeholder alignment, and long‑term value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the Hayyoh Loyalty Program.
• Manage the full program lifecycle: planning, execution, governance, implementation, transition to operations, and continuous improvement.
• Control scope, schedule, budget, quality, and resources to meet agreed objectives.
• Serve as primary liaison with executive leadership, clients, government stakeholders, and delivery partners.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across Operations, Technology, Finance, Marketing, Customer Experience, Legal, Procurement, and Partnerships.
• Establish and maintain program governance structures, including steering committees and decision‑making forums.
• Oversee third‑party vendors and service providers, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Monitor performance through KPIs, dashboards, financial reporting, and executive status reports.
• Ensure successful launch, operational readiness, and seamless transition to business‑as‑usual.
• Drive continuous improvement, process optimisation, and strategic enhancements.
• Support business growth by identifying opportunities to expand program capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of project or program management experience, including leadership of large, complex initiatives.
• Proven experience delivering large‑scale digital transformation, loyalty, technology, or government programs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise‑wide programs with multiple stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong experience working with executive leadership, clients, and government entities.
• Experience managing multiple vendors and strategic partners.
