Project Manager (FM/BMS)

About the role

Madre Integrated Engineering is looking for a Project Manager (FM/BMS) in Doha to manage day-to-day operations and maintenance for a large-scale facility. The role leads multidisciplinary maintenance teams and ensures compliance with contractual requirements, client KPIs and SLAs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance activities for a large-scale facility.
• Lead multidisciplinary maintenance teams and ensure efficient site execution.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, client KPIs and SLAs.
• Oversee preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance activities.
• Review technical reports, maintenance strategies, engineering proposals and system performance.
• Manage client communication, project reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including significant management experience.
• Proven experience managing large Facilities Management or Maintenance contracts.
• Experience managing large sites and multidisciplinary maintenance teams.

Required skills

• Strong technical knowledge of Siemens BMS or other leading Building Management Systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning and problem-solving skills.
