Project Manager / Scrum Master

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead the delivery of B2C digital applications across web and mobile platforms. The role combines strong project management expertise with deep Agile and Scrum knowledge to drive high‑performing, cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor end‑to‑end delivery of B2C digital products.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Maintain and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring clear definition of user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate release planning and manage dependencies across multiple teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Agile project delivery.
• Proven track record as both Scrum Master and Project Manager.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional team coordination abilities.
• Relevant Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM or SAFe) preferred.

Required skills

• Agile/Scrum methodology expertise.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
