About the role

The Project Portfolio Manager will lead a high‑value Program Delivery Office in Doha, overseeing a major portfolio of strategic initiatives. This senior leadership position involves coordinating multiple workstreams, challenging progress, and ensuring priorities translate into tangible outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and drive a portfolio of strategic initiatives across complex environments.
• Engage with senior executives, government entities, and diverse stakeholders.
• Identify emerging issues, challenge progress, and ensure delivery of outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong experience in large‑scale programme and portfolio management.
• Background with a leading consulting firm, government entity, sovereign organisation, major transformation programme or large enterprise.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant professional certification advantageous.
