Proposal Analyst – Social, Healthcare & Public Entities

About the role

McKinsey’s Social, Healthcare and Public Entities (SHaPE) team in Doha is looking for a Proposal Analyst to support the development of high‑impact proposals for government, social sector and health organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal documents and processes, ensuring timely, high‑quality content.
• Create and maintain templates, compliance matrices, playbooks and other proposal assets.
• Gather feedback, manage iteration cycles and conduct reviews with consultant teams.
• Perform research and quantitative/qualitative analysis to inform hypotheses and customize proposals.
• Collaborate with proposal managers, specialists, consultants and cross‑functional teams (Finance, Risk, Legal).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2‑4 years of experience in client services, public‑sector proposals, business development or communications.
• Strong project‑management, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI‑enabled tools (generative AI, proposal automation, research platforms).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
