Psychiatrist – Full‑time Clinical Role

About the role

Seed Health And Wellness is seeking a qualified Psychiatrist to join its multidisciplinary wellness team in Doha, Qatar. The role is on‑site and can be full‑time or part‑time, focusing on delivering comprehensive mental‑health care to a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnose mental‑health conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, including medication management and psychotherapy.
• Provide crisis intervention and ongoing outpatient care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary wellness practitioners.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in case conferences, care planning, and community education initiatives.
• Support preventive mental‑health programs and refine holistic care protocols.

Required profile

• Medical degree with specialization in Psychiatry and board certification or equivalent.
• Current medical license (or eligibility) to practice psychiatry in Qatar.
• Experience delivering psychiatric care across diverse populations.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Commitment to holistic, patient‑centered care and cultural sensitivity.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Prior experience in wellness or integrative‑medicine settings is beneficial.
