QA/QC Engineer – Construction (Qatar)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our construction team in Qatar. The successful candidate will ensure that all works, materials and workmanship comply with approved drawings, specifications and relevant standards.

Key responsibilities

• Implement project QA/QC procedures and quality plans.
• Inspect construction works, materials and workmanship on site.
• Review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, material submittals and inspection requests.
• Identify, record and follow up on Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection records, test reports and quality dossiers.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams.
• Support internal and external quality audits.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of QA/QC experience in construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction quality standards and procedures.
• Proven ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
