QA/QC Engineer – Interior Fit‑Out & FF&E

About the role

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer to lead quality assurance and control for interior fit‑out and FF&E projects. The role involves preparing quality documentation, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage Quality Plans, ITPs, WIRs, MIRs, and NCRs.
• Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor material quality, workmanship and subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate consultant/client inspections and close observations promptly.
• Lead snagging, handover documentation and quality close‑out activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or related field.
• 5‑7 years of QA/QC experience in interior fit‑out projects, preferably in the GCC.
• Strong knowledge of fit‑out materials, finishes, joinery and FF&E installation.
• Familiarity with Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS) and ISO 9001 processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Good command of English; Arabic is a plus.
