QA/QC Engineer – Oil & Gas Projects

About the role

We are looking for a QA/QC Engineer to ensure that all project materials, fabrication, welding, piping and mechanical activities comply with approved quality standards, client specifications and international codes on oil & gas projects. The role involves inspections, documentation, NDT coordination and NCR management throughout project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of piping, structural, mechanical and fabrication works.
• Review material certificates, welding records and NDT reports.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, ASME, API, ASTM and ISO standards.
• Raise and track Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and monitor corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC reports, handover dossiers and inspection documentation.
• Coordinate inspections with clients, third‑party inspectors and site teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Metallurgical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in the oil & gas industry.
• Valid NDT Level II certification (RT, UT, MT, PT preferred).
