Quality Control Chemist

About the role

The Quality Control Chemist will ensure that all construction material products meet established quality standards and specifications. You will perform testing, inspections, and analyses of raw materials and finished goods, supporting continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enforce inspection procedures to guarantee compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor adherence to quality protocols, report deviations, and identify trends for improvement.
• Assign tasks, manage workloads, and evaluate performance to meet operational goals.
• Review and update quality control processes, procedures, and documentation.
• Oversee calibration and maintenance of quality control equipment.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality‑related challenges.
• Support sales and marketing by providing technical insights and ensuring product quality aligns with market needs.
• Analyze quality data, conduct root‑cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and execute quality improvement initiatives to enhance product and process efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Fluent proficiency in Arabic and English.
• 0–2 years of experience in quality control or a similar role.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and effective verbal and written communication.
