Receptionist

About the role

Madre Integrated Engineering is looking for a professional, courteous and well-presented Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The role is the first point of contact for visitors, clients and employees, keeping the front office welcoming and efficient in line with corporate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, contractors and employees professionally.
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the right departments.
• Handle visitor registration, security passes and access coordination according to company procedures.
• Maintain the reception area clean, organised and presentable.
• Receive, sort and distribute mail and courier deliveries.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and provide basic administrative support.
• Maintain visitor and correspondence logs and records.
• Support document filing, data entry and report preparation, and liaise with departments on visitor approvals and scheduling.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk officer, preferably in a corporate or oil & gas environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Professional appearance, customer-service attitude, strong organisation and multitasking skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
