Recruitment Director

About the role

The Recruitment Director will shape and execute the end‑to‑end talent acquisition strategy for a leading Qatar healthcare group. Reporting to senior leadership, this role ensures that hiring initiatives across hospitals, specialist clinics and other facilities align with the organisation’s rapid expansion plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full talent acquisition lifecycle across all business divisions.
• Oversee workforce planning, employer branding, executive hiring, physician recruitment, international sourcing, recruitment operations and recruitment technology.
• Partner with business leaders to align hiring strategies with growth targets while improving candidate experience and reducing time‑to‑hire.
• Strengthen the employer brand in regional and international markets.
• Manage internal recruitment teams, external search partners and workforce analytics initiatives.

Required profile

• Significant leadership experience in high‑volume and executive recruitment within healthcare, hospitality, aviation or similarly complex service industries.
• Proven expertise in strategic workforce planning, international recruitment, executive search and employer branding.
• Experience building recruitment centres of excellence and leading large teams in the GCC is highly desirable.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with operational leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
