Recruitment Executive

About the role

The Recruitment Executive will support the hotel’s talent acquisition function by sourcing, attracting and hiring candidates for a range of hotel positions. This role also coordinates onboarding logistics and ensures a smooth entry experience for new joiners.

Key responsibilities

• Execute talent sourcing strategies using social media, job portals and the Kempinski Career Site.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews and coordinate reference checks.
• Maintain recruitment tracker, headcount reports and talent database.
• Communicate hiring status with department heads and hiring managers.
• Prepare employment contracts and related documentation under HR guidance.
• Arrange travel, airport transfers and accommodation for new hires.
• Oversee onboarding logistics, issue arrival announcements and ensure completion of paperwork.
• Support HR projects, employee engagement events and other operational tasks as required.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience within a 5‑Star luxury hotel environment.
• Strong organizational, administrative and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent candidate assessment, screening and interview skills.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with candidates and department heads.

Required skills

• Experience with LinkedIn, job portals and social media recruiting tools.
• Familiarity with recruitment tracking systems and talent databases.
