Recruitment Executive

About the role

The Recruitment Executive supports the hotel’s talent acquisition strategy by sourcing, attracting and hiring candidates for a variety of hotel positions. This role also coordinates onboarding logistics and promotes Kempinski as an employer of choice.

Key responsibilities

• Execute talent sourcing strategies to identify and attract suitable candidates for hotel roles.
• Maintain recruitment tracker, headcount reports and talent database.
• Post vacancies on the Kempinski Career Site and screen applications.
• Conduct initial interviews, reference checks and prepare employment contracts.
• Communicate hiring status regularly with department heads and hiring managers.
• Utilise social media platforms and job portals (e.g., LinkedIn) to source talent.
• Coordinate participation in career fairs, open days and high‑volume recruitment with external agencies.
• Arrange travel, airport transfers and accommodation for new joiners.
• Oversee onboarding logistics, paperwork and orientation for new hires.
• Prepare new‑hire files and support HR payroll and internal promotion processes.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience within a 5‑star luxury hotel environment.
• Strong organisational, administrative and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent candidate assessment, screening and interview skills.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with candidates and department heads.

Required skills

• Familiarity with LinkedIn and online job portals for talent sourcing.
