Red Team Expert

About the role

Join our Cyber Assurance Team within the Information Risk Management Department. Reporting to the Cyber Assurance Lead, you will lead advanced adversary simulations and ethical hacking activities to strengthen our organization’s security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute full‑scope red team engagements that emulate real‑world threat actors, covering initial access, privilege escalation, and lateral movement.
• Design and run sophisticated phishing and social‑engineering campaigns that bypass modern email defenses.
• Conduct technical assessments of complex production environments, including network infrastructure, cloud services, and applications.
• Develop custom malware, exploits, and post‑exploitation tools to evade Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions.
• Deploy, manage, and operate C2 frameworks such as Cobalt Strike, Brute Ratel C4, and Nighthawk C2.
• Maintain strict operational security (OpSec) to keep all activities covert.
• Perform offensive security research to stay current with emerging TTPs and create new tools and methodologies.

Required profile

• Relevant offensive security certifications (e.g., OSCP, OSCE, CRTP, CRTO, CRTL).
• Proven experience in red‑team operations, adversary emulation, and malware development.
