Reservation Agent – Arabic Speaker

About the role

The Mövenpick Hotel Doha is looking for a detail‑oriented Reservation Agent who is fluent in Arabic to handle guest booking requests across multiple channels. You will play a key part in delivering excellent service, maximizing room sales, and supporting the front‑office and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage reservations accurately and efficiently via phone, email and other channels.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel rates, room types and services.
• Upsell rooms and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Coordinate with Sales and Front Office teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Verify that all guest details and booking requirements are complete and correctly entered.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel reservations.
• Familiarity with property management systems, preferably Opera or Fidelio.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude with strong attention to detail.
