About the role
Join the prestigious Raffles & Fairmont Doha team as a Restaurant Manager, leading a high‑end dining venue within a world‑class luxury hotel. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while upholding the brand’s standards of service, quality, and elegance.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Lead, motivate, train and develop a diverse restaurant team.
- Maintain and improve service quality, guest satisfaction and overall dining experience.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor financial performance, control costs and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with hotel departments to align restaurant offerings with overall property standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing restaurant operations in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and team‑development abilities.
- Solid understanding of health, safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to drive financial results and manage budgets.
