About the role

Join the prestigious Raffles & Fairmont Doha team as a Restaurant Manager, leading a high‑end dining venue within a world‑class luxury hotel. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while upholding the brand’s standards of service, quality, and elegance.

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
Lead, motivate, train and develop a diverse restaurant team.
Maintain and improve service quality, guest satisfaction and overall dining experience.
Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
Monitor financial performance, control costs and achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with hotel departments to align restaurant offerings with overall property standards.

Required profile

Proven experience managing restaurant operations in a luxury hospitality environment.
Strong leadership and team‑development abilities.
Solid understanding of health, safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to drive financial results and manage budgets.
