Revenue Cycle Analyst, Specialist and Supervisor

About the role

Madre Integrated Engineering is hiring a Revenue Cycle Analyst, Specialist and Supervisor in Doha. The role covers charge capture and reconciliation, revenue cycle data analysis, chargemaster support, coding and billing audits, and revenue integrity reporting within a healthcare setting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform charge capture and reconciliation reviews.
• Analyze revenue cycle data to identify billing discrepancies and missed charges.
• Support Chargemaster (CDM) maintenance and validation activities.
• Conduct routine audits to ensure coding and charging accuracy.
• Prepare revenue integrity reports, dashboards and KPI analyses.
• Monitor compliance with payer, regulatory and organizational requirements.
• Assist in implementing revenue cycle improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinical, finance, coding and billing teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Health Information Management, Accounting or a related field.
• Certification in CPC, CCS, RHIT or equivalent preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, billing, coding or finance.
• Understanding of healthcare reimbursement methodologies.

Required skills

• Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, DRG and revenue codes.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and healthcare information systems.
