Revenue Executive

About the role

The Revenue Executive will support the hotel’s revenue management function by optimizing room inventory, rates, and distribution channels to maximise occupancy and RevPAR. Working closely with Sales, Reservations, Front Office and the Revenue Manager, you will help drive pricing strategies and demand forecasting for Banana Island Resort Doha.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing daily, weekly and monthly room pricing strategies.
• Monitor room rates across OTA, direct and corporate channels and support dynamic pricing decisions.
• Manage room availability across all distribution channels, ensuring rate parity and updating restrictions.
• Track competitor pricing, market demand trends and prepare pick‑up reports and revenue forecasts.
• Coordinate with Reservations, Front Office and Sales teams for real‑time updates and group bookings.
• Maintain PMS and RMS systems (e.g., Opera) and generate performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in hotel reservations, front office or revenue‑related roles.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Good understanding of hotel distribution channels and pricing strategies.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Required skills

• Opera PMS (or similar property management system).
• Advanced Excel.
