About the role
Madre Integrated Engineering is hiring a temporary rigger in Ras Laffan for a 3-month assignment, extendable, with immediate joining. The rigger performs safe lifting, rigging and movement of heavy equipment and materials using cranes and other lifting equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect rigging equipment such as slings, shackles, hooks and lifting accessories before use.
- Coordinate with crane operators and lifting supervisors using standard hand signals and radio communication.
- Follow approved lifting plans, load calculations and HSE procedures to ensure safe lifting operations.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience; an experience certificate must be provided.
- A third-party certificate (TPC) of at least 3 years old and currently valid; TUV is preferred.
- Working hours of 10 hours per day, 6 days a week.
Required documents
- CV, passport copy, QID copy and computer card.
- Blue background photo, experience certificate, old TPC and new TPC.
