About the role
Subol designs indoor air quality monitoring devices at Qatar Science & Technology Park (QSTP) and is hiring a Test & Calibration Engineer in Doha. The role covers calibrating sensors, running tests in climate chambers and gas setups, designing test fixtures and supporting product validation.
Key responsibilities
- Calibrate CO2, VOC, PM, temperature and humidity sensors against reference instruments
- Test sensors in climate chambers and gas setups, and build compensation models
- Design test fixtures and automate testing in Python
- Run product validation, failure analysis and certification documentation
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Engineering Physics or a related field
- A plus: experience with gas/PM sensor calibration, climate chambers, test fixtures, and knowledge of RESET or WELL standards
