Risk Analyst - Qatarization

About the role

The Risk Analyst – Qatarization will support enterprise risk management and business continuity within a healthcare organization. You will analyse risk data, maintain dashboards, and ensure continuity plans stay current and effective.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse data from risk registers, incidents, complaints, audits and reviews to identify trends and emerging risks.
• Support the development, maintenance and enhancement of risk dashboards and reports.
• Review and update departmental business continuity plans, coordinating changes with relevant departments.
• Plan, coordinate and document business continuity testing and exercises, analysing outcomes and recommending improvements.
• Maintain records, versions and evidence related to continuity plans and testing.
• Participate in enterprise and departmental risk assessments and support governance documentation.
• Track actions arising from risk reviews, continuity testing and assurance activities.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in health science, business management or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role within the healthcare sector.
• Professional certifications in risk and compliance are a plus.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with project‑management software.
