RSA Archer Consultant – GRC Implementation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced RSA Archer Consultant to lead GRC implementations and provide post‑implementation support for our clients. The role involves configuring Archer modules, guiding data migrations, and delivering knowledge‑transfer sessions to ensure successful adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end RSA Archer GRC implementations and support production environments.
• Configure and customize Archer modules such as Business Impact Analysis, Data Classification, Incident Management, Vendor Risk, Policy & Compliance, Business Continuity, and more.
• Design workflows, questionnaires, calculations, notifications, access controls, and dashboards.
• Prepare configuration guides, test cases, and support data migration, UAT, and production deployments.
• Develop executive and operational reports and dashboards.
• Provide consultation on GRC frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, PCI‑DSS, SOC, etc.) and integrate Archer with IAM, CMDB, ticketing systems, and other third‑party tools.
• Deliver client knowledge‑transfer sessions and ensure projects meet scope, timeline, and quality standards.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in GRC consulting or a related field.
• Strong hands‑on experience with RSA Archer configuration and administration.
• Good understanding of risk management, compliance, and information‑security domains.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, PCI‑DSS, and SOC.
• RSA Archer Certification (Administrator or Consultant) is preferred.
• Experience working with Middle‑East clients or regulated industries is a plus.
