Sales Administration Executive

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, customer‑oriented Sales Administration Executive to support our Sales and Customer Services team. You will manage sales administration activities, coordinate customer orders, and ensure smooth communication between customers and internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process quotations, sales orders and acknowledgements accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Production, Logistics and Finance to ensure smooth order execution and delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records, pricing information and sales documentation in the ERP system.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, support invoicing coordination and resolve documentation issues.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Logistics or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales administration, order management or commercial support.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Sage or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of export documentation and international trade processes (advantage).
