About the role
As a Sales Advisor you will be the primary point of contact for customers interested in purchasing a Tesla vehicle in Doha. You will act as a product expert, guiding prospects through the entire sales journey while embodying Tesla’s mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy.
Key responsibilities
- Become an expert on Tesla vehicles, technologies and the broader ecosystem.
- Understand each customer’s needs and provide personalized solutions, including financing, trade‑ins and delivery timelines.
- Deliver transparent information on ownership costs, charging, maintenance and environmental impact.
- Guide customers through the sales process, answer questions, address objections and ensure a seamless experience.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales and delivery team, sharing best practices and supporting wider business needs.
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems and ensure all sales administration tasks (contracts, finance) are completed on time.
- Keep the showroom and test‑drive vehicles clean and presentable to uphold Tesla’s brand standards.
- Use Avaya or the existing client‑management tool to create events, generate leads and follow up with prospects.
Required profile
- Strong determination to succeed and passion for Tesla’s sustainability mission.
- Flexible, team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to support both sales and delivery functions.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
