Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Sales Coordinator will support the Sales & Marketing team at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Doha by handling office administration, preparing sales documents, and acting as a primary point of contact for clients. This role ensures smooth communication and efficient processing of sales activities while promoting the brand internally and externally.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general office duties such as filing, emailing, typing, faxing and copying.
• Prepare sales‑related documents including proposals, contracts and banquet event orders.
• Assemble promotional material packages and maintain brand awareness.
• Enter, retrieve and verify sales data, commissions and leads in the relevant software.
• Answer guest inquiries about facilities, rates, packages and events.
• Communicate with clients via phone and email, responding to questions and requests.
• Follow company policies, maintain professional appearance and protect confidential information.
• Support team members to achieve common goals and uphold quality standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least one year of relevant office or sales support experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Professional demeanor with strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email).
• Basic understanding of sales techniques and documentation.
