Sales Senior Manager

About the role

Vodafone Qatar is seeking an experienced Sales Senior Manager to lead a high‑performing sales team, build strategic relationships with CXOs, and drive revenue growth across the GCC market. The role focuses on delivering weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring compliance with Vodafone’s sales guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships in line with Vodafone sales guidelines.
• Manage the team’s sales pipeline and ensure accurate data in Salesforce.com CRM.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and support to achieve KPIs.
• Collaborate with product and cross‑functional stakeholders to design market‑fit solutions.
• Lead regular CXO meetings and support deal closure for high‑value, profitable opportunities.
• Track market trends and feed insights to the product team.
• Uphold company values and conduct business with integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of B2B sales and account management experience, preferably in the GCC.
• Fluent English (required); Arabic is a plus.
• Target‑oriented with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Strong team‑management and communication skills.
