Sales Supervisor – Bakery Products (Doha)

About the role

Almarui, the leading FMCG brand in the MENA region, is seeking a Sales Supervisor II to lead the distribution and sales of its bakery product range in Doha. The role focuses on achieving growth targets while maintaining high standards of merchandising and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and distribution of Almarui bakery products across the assigned territory.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and merchandising standards.
• Analyze sales data, monitor market trends, and report on performance.
• Negotiate with retailers and manage key accounts.

Required profile

• Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a van‑sales or FMCG environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; verbal Arabic is a plus.
• Valid driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets).
